The Sales Executive will proactively acquire information related to renovation projects, provide services before order acquisition, and maintain client relationships. They will also assist in contract negotiation and ensure project payments are completed.

1、    主动获取更新改造业务信息,通过安排拜访潜在客户并介绍KONE公司及其改造产品,以达到和提高获取订单目标及市场占有率。 
2、    处理并提供获得订单之前的一切服务,包括现场勘验、技术方案制作、交通流量分析、提供布置草图、递交投标文件。 
3、    与客户保持密切联系以跟进及汇报已递交标书的状态。 
4、    定时向销售经理准确地提供标书信息及反馈意见,为进一步行动之决定提出建议。 
5、    依据公司政策全面跟进与客户之间所进行的销售合同协商。 
6、    安排完成销售合同的签署及项目的收款。

岗位要求:
1、    理工科相关专业毕业,本科及以上学历 
2、    基本的英语阅读能力,熟练的计算机操作水平 
3、    良好的沟通技巧及谈判能力 
4、    很强的客户服务意识及自我驱动力 
5、    有电梯行业经验者优先,熟悉当地电梯市场,具有一定的电梯销售、现场管理经验
