- Design and optimize environmental control systems for eVTOL aircraft, ensuring top-tier thermal and mechanical performance.
- System Integration: Collaborate with mechanical, aerospace, electrical, and software teams to ensure seamless integration and aircraft-level optimization.
- Drive Requirements & Certification: Develop system requirements, create verification procedures, and support certification documentation to meet aviation standards.
- Coordinate Stakeholders: Manage ECS-related development, integration, and verification activities between internal teams and external suppliers.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $120,000.00 - $150,000.00.
