About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager for Cuteboy to drive scalability and growth. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the brand's operations and fostering collaborations with influencers and intellectual property holders. We seek a passionate professional with a strong grasp of finance and a proven track record in operational excellence.

Your Responsibility

• Manage end-to-end eCommerce operations, including inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• Optimize the online store's user experience to drive conversion and revenue growth.
• Oversee manufacturing to ensure high-quality output, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Drive collaborations with influencers, content creators, and other brands to create limited-edition collections and exclusive drops.
• Identify opportunities for scaling operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Implement best practices across all operational areas to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support Cuteboy’s growth.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships that align with Cuteboy’s brand identity and financial objectives.
• Monitor key metrics (e.g., sales, returns, inventory turnover) and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Maintain and optimize profit margins by controlling costs, negotiating contracts, and managing budgets.
• Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost-saving measures.
• Work closely with the finance team to create accurate forecasts and manage cash flow effectively.

Knowledge & Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in  business operations, administration
• Strong knowledge of social commerce, ecommerce and manufacturing
• Strong financial acumen, with proven experience in margin analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with online retail platforms, analytics tools, and supply chain management systems.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to managing challenges.
• Experience in managing influencer partnerships and digital media campaigns.
• A proactive mindset with a strong ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
