Join us on an exciting journey to recruit new consumers and shoppers into the LEGO brand in our eCommerce channels for LEGO Taiwan!

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead eCommerce key accounts and participate in joint business planning, assortment & promotion planning

  • Lead eCommerce channel expansion in Taiwan (including marketplaces), while maintaining strong relationship with existing accounts to deliver exponential growth

  • Formulate eCommerce roadmap & business projections

  • Lead short to long-term strategy setting for eCommerce accounts (including Omni-channels)

  • Define and drive shopper value proposition of accounts to prioritize and enhance commercial opportunities

  • Improve eCommerce shopper occasions via jointly-design and implement on-site and off-site campaigns/promotions to recruit and retain shoppers.

  • Own key metrics including selling-in/ consumer sales target setting, demand planning, in-stock level, eCommerce perfect store, account P&L management.

  • Champion the use of data and turn into sales and marketing action, particularly in digital, data-driven media

  • Deliver accurate sales forecast for a 12-month horizon for each specific customer and translate into sales

  • Drive eCommerce perfect stores (content, SEO/SEM, assortment, rating & reviews) by leveraging regional solutions

  • Work collaboratively with cross functions in Hong Kong & Taiwan, including sales, operations, digital marketing, brand team and customer development, as well as APAC regional colleagues driving effective planning and execution

  • Prepare customer meetings, proactively handle both sales and non-sales levers, to track and take corrective actions.

  • Stay up-to-date on market and shopper trends, particularly ecommerce, omnichannel and digital media related, to unlock new commercial opportunities

The eCommerce team is an energetic, passionate and growing part of LEGO HKTW team, leading exponential growth in the overall HKTW business as a strategic priority channel.

This role, eCommerce Key Account Manager will lead key strategic accounts within eCommerce, working across the business with multiple functions to drive growth.

The successful applicant is expected to bring eCommerce/digital expertise and experience to not only drive the success of the channel, but to help build stronger eCommerce/digital capabilities in the Sales team and overall BU HKTW to innovate for the future.

The role of the KAM is to represent the LEGO Group in their day to day interactions with our business partners, bringing to life and delivering on our Partner Promise, and in true LEGO fashion, have fun doing it and ultimately bring the LEGO play experience to many more children in Hong Kong & Taiwan!

Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum 5 years experience in eCommerce Sales, preferably with knowledge of dealing with online marketplaces in HKTW (eg. MOMO, PCHome, Shopee, Amazon, etc)

  • Experience in eCommerce on-site and off-site campaign/promotion planning and execution

  • Account management and joint business planning experience

  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills, including responsiveness and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of eCommerce fundamentals within retail digital platforms. Experience leading digital metrics (UV, CTR, ROAS)

  • Strong fluency in data analytics, data-driven approach

  • Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking

  • Previous sales track record focusing on growth achievements.

  • Experience to work with eCommerce 3rd party fulfillment partners

  • Experience in sales function as an account manager or buyer-experience in E-retail

  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing functions, especially digital / performance marketing

  • Dedicated, strong willingness and proactive attitude to engage, spar and influence on key responsibilities.

  • Ability to work independently, energetic and willing to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial atmosphere.

  • Adaptable to changes and be at the forefront to lead change in both actions and behavior.

  • Have a learning approach to adapt to the evolving ecommerce new retail, media and operational environment

  • Experience working with team in different regions
