We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and help drive the development, deployment, and maintenance of our mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automating and streamlining the software development and delivery process, as well as a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure in both Azure and AWS.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity, Github Actions, and similar tools.
- Automate the entire software delivery lifecycle, including build, test, and deployment processes
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure in both Azure and AWS.
- Continuously research and implement new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance the DevOps capabilities of the organization
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on DevOps practices and principles
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
- Proficient in administering and configuring CI/CD tools
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or similar
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and DevOps best practices
Preferred Technical Experience
- TeamCity or Github Actions
- Azure infrastructure and administration
- Powershell
- Containerization, Docker in particular
Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
This position is a part of a bargaining union represented by CWA Local 1400, 2336, or 13000.

US Base Salary Range: $111,000 - $150,000
Please note that the compensation range and benefits specified in this job posting is applicable to candidates based in the United States. For international applicants, actual salary offers and benefit plans may vary based on the local market compensation standards and will be determined in accordance with regional considerations, including but not limited to applicable laws, cost of living, and industry norms.
