Be the IT Owner of the KION NA SCS Spare Part Webshop following KION SAP Commerce Cloud Platform directives. As the IT Owner of the Spare part webshop you will be part of a team of SAP Commerce Cloud Specialist located in Europe and North America.

Your Responsibilities are:

Change Management

  • Work in close alignment with the KION SAP Commerce Cloud Service Owner and Architect
  • Manage the Dematic NA Spare Part Roadmap following the Business PO and BT Global Process Owner requirements
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders to clarify scope and budget
  • Work with IT Demand Mgmt & Business Partnering and ensure that their processes are followed
  • Drive the implementation of the Dematic NA Backlog items and ensure the solution fits fit into the KION IT Target Architecture, Processes and KION SAP Commerce Cloud solution design.

                                                 

Incident Handling

You will be responsible for reacting on incoming incidents for the complete Platform during your business hours. Tickets needs to be handled following the agreed KION SAP CC Processes and KION IT Service definitions

To ensure Hotfixing you are supported by Development Resources located in the US and Mexico.

DevOps

DEV

Ideally you would be able to take over development activities if these resources might not be available.

Development is following overall Platform guidelines. For CRs and non-critical changes you will be supported by the European Team

OPS

Ensure operation is following the KION IT Service Operating Model

Located in Americas Timezone you will be responsible for operating overall KION SAP Commerce Cloud platform during your Business Hours. This is in close collaboration with the European DevOps team.

ADO Platform support

The KION SAP Commerce Cloud Platform is part of KIONs Application DevOps Platform (ADO).

With your skills you will support PRIO 1 ADO activites in american time zone. You will act as a coordinator for serval ADO platform activities working together with teams in MX / US / APAC / Europe

Your Skills

More than 5 years of B2B e-commerce domain experience specifically with SAP Commerce Cloud , it includes:

  • Implementation of B2B projects in SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Experience in data exchange and integration making use of SAP CI
  • Experience in commerce features such as search, product details, personalization,….
  • SAP Commerce Cloud experience
  • Focus should be on SAP Commerce Cloud  Backend development
  • Frontend development experience with Angular (SAP Spartacus) is a plus.

Preferred Requirements

  • Agile mindset (Scrum preferred)
  • Working in international teams (US / MX / Europe)

Technology Stack

  • SAP Commerce Cloud Platform
  • Knowledge in Cloud technologies, Microsoft Azure is a plus
  • Knowledge in Standard SAP CC Backend Technology like Java, Ant, Spring, REST
  • Knowledge in KION Development Tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub, SonarQube, JUnit is a plus
  • Frontend Tool knowledge like Angular, Typescript, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS is welcome
