Dynamics of the Role
This role is responsible for driving and leading the Business Partnership & Financial Insights in the organization, which focuses on assessing, defining, tracking and analysis of key financial, business and functional metrics to evaluate profitability, efficiency, productivity, scalability and optimum utilization of company’s resources. The person in the role will be working closely with all Business and Functional Heads in driving the finance partnership, the key stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the process of evaluating business partnerships, M&A opportunities and growth initiatives – covering all entities in India region
- Preparing models and scenario analysis of the initiatives and partnerships
- Carry Out Cost Benefit Analysis for Operating and Capital Spends
- Tracking and Analyzing performance of such initiatives, partnerships and M&A outcomes against plans
- Analysis of investments in infrastructure and products with periodic analysis of return on investments and assessing business asks to sustain and fuel business growth along with efficiency.
- Support in driving business and functional reviews along with CEO and CFO, leveraging the Business Intelligence framework.
- Identify initiatives and ideas to drive improvements in efficiency and productivity levels in the organization, through deep analysis and insights.
- Work on key strategic projects and initiatives as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Closely work with finance teams to ensure regular exchange of information and analysis and also suggest changes in the way the details are tracked.
- Preparing various reports and presentations, including senior management level presentations
Impact You'll Make:
Experience and Skills
- Graduate in any field / CA / Inter-CA /CFA/ MBA graduate
- Above 10+ years relevant experience with a medium-sized professionally managed company.
- Strong managerial skills to lead a team and help them grow in their respective roles.
- Extremely strong in mental math’s and analysis of data.
- Willingness to learn quickly and improve.
- Hugely effective articulating and influencing skills.
- Sharp eye for catching any errors.
- Lots of energy and passion for work execution and doing things in a better way.
- Strongly collaborative nature; but ensure getting things done in time
- Willingness to learn and grow within Finance team, by observing other areas
- Strong communication skills, including writing business mails
- Proficient in MS Office, ie; Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Innovative in bringing new automations with the respective areas & analytical skills.
