As a Drilling and Completions Data Analyst, you will be responsible for data management, incident management, and support of real-time drilling applications, wireline and completions data. This position demands the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers and will challenge your ability to perform activities in a high-paced environment.

As a Drilling and Completions Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Creating wells in application(s), creating users, adding or updating user rights, configuring information feeds, and troubleshooting real-time well data
- Managing the day-to-day data entry and data quality control tasks
- Providing application support to customers in person and via email and/or phone
- Tracking incidents and requests using the Baker Hughes management system
- Troubleshooting or escalating issues to resolution
- Interacting directly with customers to triage application-related issues and driving prompt resolution by working with teams involved in the process
- Maintaining, developing, and following company standard operating procedures
- Providing timely and proactive communications to stakeholders on significant issues and developments
- Following all Knowledge-Centered Support processes and methodologies
- Working with regional and global teams to ensure onboarding of new customers, ensure service continuity, and information security
- Providing training on individual product applications
- Communicating recurring issues and facilitating continuous improvement
- Managing additional projects when assigned
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelors Degree in IT, systems, petroleum engineering and/or related fields
- Have a minimum 3 years of operational experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Have knowledge of ITIL methodology (preferred)
- Have experience in internal and external customer service and management
- Have an advanced level of English, Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to work independently on projects, as well as being highly collaborative and a team-oriented individual
