· Organize, classify, and
maintain documents (both digital and physical) for easy access and retrieval.
· Ensure the proper filing,
storing, and achieving of company documents, adhering to the established
company policies.
· Receive, log, and
distribute incoming documents from clients, partners, or internal teams.
· Ensure that documents are
sent to the correct recipient within the company or externally.
· Update and monitor document control systems to
ensure that files are well-organized and readily accessible to relevant
stakeholders.
· Manage document revision control to ensure the
use of the most up-to-date and accurate versions.
· Ensure all documentation
complies with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
· Conduct periodic audits to
verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
· Coordinate with various
departments to ensure document flow and to assist in any documentation-related
needs for projects or operations.
· Assist in the preparation
and coordination of reports, proposals, and other important documents.
