Job Description: Document Controller (Qatar)

Position: Document Controller
Location: Qatar
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, administration, or a related role.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, classify, and maintain project and organizational documents in accordance with company standards.

  • Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of documents both in physical and electronic formats.

  • Maintain document control systems, databases, and trackers to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

  • Monitor document submission deadlines and follow up with relevant teams to ensure compliance.

  • Distribute documents to stakeholders as required, ensuring timely communication.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and compliance with company policies.

  • Assist in preparing reports, project correspondence, and maintaining document logs.

  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth document flow.

  • Support audits, inspections, and management reviews by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office applications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Qatar or the GCC region.

  • Knowledge of industry standards for document management (ISO, EPC projects, or construction projects).



Skills Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control or related role
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office applications
