Location: 

  • This role will be a hybrid based located in Plantation, FL. Potential for remote with travel to Plantation, FL when needed. 

Role:

This role is a hands-on Director of Talent Acquisition that will lead and execute full-cycle recruitment and onboarding activities across all operations while driving the design and optimization of recruiting and onboarding processes globally. This role is ideal for a recruiting leader who enjoys strategic ownership while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day execution. The Director of Talent Acquisition will own the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding functions in the U.S., manage vendor relationships and system integrations, and partner globally to standardize and scale Talent Acquisition processes.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding Execution

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment.
  • Manage and support small  global recruitment team, ensuring alignment with hiring priorities, SLAs, and business needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, define sourcing strategies, and guide the interview and selection process.
  • Create and post requisitions, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offers.
  • Oversee and continuously improve the new-hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and compliant experience.
  • Manage the distribution and coordination of onboarding documentation and communications for all new hires in the U.S.

Systems & Process Ownership

  • Manage UKG Recruiting and Onboarding module, ensuring full functionality, adoption, and user training.
  • Build, document, and optimize recruiting and onboarding workflows globally, ensuring alignment across regions and consistent candidate experiences.
  • Manage integrations between recruiting, onboarding, background check, and I-9 systems to maintain data accuracy and workflow efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for all Talent Acquisition technology platforms and processes.

Vendor & Compliance Management

  • Own vendor relationships for background checks, I-9/E-Verify compliance, and related integrations.
  • Oversee ongoing work authorization maintenance to ensure compliance with all federal and state I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
  • Support annual audits and internal reviews by maintaining accurate and compliant documentation across all recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Partner closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to all employment laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.

Cross-Functional & Global Partnerships

  • Partner with business leadership across all U.S. functions to understand workforce needs, forecast hiring, and deliver effective talent strategies.
  • Collaborate with the India HR team and other global HR partners to design and implement standardized recruiting and onboarding flows across regions.
  • Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and HR Operations to maintain compliant, efficient, and scalable recruitment and onboarding programs globally.

Recruitment Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop, monitor, and report on key recruiting metrics and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive process efficiency, documentation, and standardization across all stages of recruitment and onboarding.
  • Support high-volume recruiting efforts during peak hiring seasons with scalable strategies and strong project management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including high-volume and professional-level roles.
  • Proven experience managing HR technology implementation, preferably UKG Recruiting and Onboarding.
  • Experience managing background check and I-9/E-Verify vendors and integrations.
  • Experience building or optimizing global recruiting and onboarding workflows.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment compliance, I-9 documentation, and E-Verify processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and international HR partners.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting multi-region or global recruiting operations.
  • Proven success leading HR technology implementations or process improvement initiatives.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
