What You’ll Do…

Join our team as a Director, Supplier Partners and play a crucial role in transforming the future of corporate relocation. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships with suppliers and partners to deliver exceptional value to our clients. With a focus on driving growth and revenue, you will negotiate partnership agreements, develop revenue-sharing models, and build lasting relationships with key industry players to create synergies and collaborative opportunities that enhance the relocation experience.

How You’ll Do It…

  • Identify, prospect, and establish partnerships with companies offering products and services aligned with our customer base - property management/real estate companies are the highest priority.
  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, including revenue-sharing models, to drive value for our clients relocating to new destinations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners, including negotiating terms, contracts, and agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs and preferences, ensuring alignment with partner offerings.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and partners, providing ongoing support and communication to ensure mutual success.
  • Drive partner integration and onboarding processes, including coordinating with relevant teams to implement partner solutions on our portal.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, including sales metrics, customer engagement, and customer/partner satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities and strategies for growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the partner network and enhance brand visibility.
  • Contribute to decision-making processes with metrics, data, and user research insights.
  • Be adaptable and willing to take on various roles to support initiatives.

What Past Experience and Current Skills Will Enable Your Success In This Role?

  • 8+ years of professional experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • High ability to Get Stuff Done (GSD)
  • Proven track record of success in business development, partnerships management, or a related role, with significant emphasis on experience in the real estate or technology (Proptech) sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of identifying and pursuing high-impact partnership opportunities.
  • Analytical proficiency, with the ability to analyze data, measure performance, and derive actionable insights to optimize partnership programs.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and the willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Pay Range: 100,000-120,000 plus Bonus
