About Role
ガバメント共創推進本部長は、政策渉外部門との協業により国会議員や政府機関、主要自治体におけるキーパーソン、その他産学民のインフルエンサーとの関係を強化するとともに公共営業部門や技術部門との協業によりセールスフォースのテクノロジーの活用によるガバメントのデジタルトランスフォーメーション及び社会課題の解決をすすめるリーダーです。
また、イベント等での登壇によりセールスフォースの公共領域でのバリューを伝える役割も担います。
Key Responsibilities
日本政府および地方自治体との強力な関係を構築し、顧客のビジネス目標に合わせて、全体的な長期戦略を開発および推進する
ガバメント向けのビジネスを展開するうえで必要なインフラの整備を行う。特に、ガバメント・クラウド対策、DMPの活用、ガバメント・プライスの設定などの戦略を構築し、チームメンバーをリードする。
グローバルチームと密なコミュニケーションを行い、海外のトレンドや先進事例を日本のステークホルダーに伝える他、グローバルの公共ビジネスの成功に有効な社内プロセスについて日本への移植を行う。
セールスフォースのバリューをわかりやすく、政府関係者に伝えるエバンジェリストとなる。
また、公共ビジネスにつながる各種外部団体活動に積極的に参加し、または団体と協業し、社会課題解決につながるソリューションの提案を積極的に行うなど、社会課題解決のための産官学民共創活動をリードし、それによってセールスフォースのビジネス拡大、特にビッグディールの創出に貢献する。
社内に向けて、ビジネスに役立つ政府関連情報を伝え、関係者を巻き込んだビジネスデベロップメントを支援する。
Preferred Qualifications
政府機関(官公庁、地方自治体、国会議員・地方議員事務所等)での就労経験
テクノロジー企業における公共営業部門、政策渉外部門等での就労経験(3年以上)
デジタル社会推進本部所属の国会議員、デジタル庁幹部等、デジタル政策のキーパーソンとの深いリレーション
企業における新規ビジネス立ち上げ、ビジネスデベロップメント等の経験
高いビジネス英語力:TOEIC 900点以上または海外留学・勤務経験(1年以上)
高いコミュニケーション力:雑誌への寄稿またはイベント登壇の経験
