Role

Reorg’s Product Strategy Team is seeking a head of operations to implement a prioritization framework, manage our product backlog, process feedback and ideas, streamline team operations and own the creation and distribution of internal and external product roadmaps. The role also involves supporting product strategy leaders in business case development, as well as cross-functional collaboration on go-to-market and commercial support activities. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our products, internal tools, strategic priorities, stakeholder needs, as well as key customers segments
  • Managing the collection, organization, processing and presentation of feedback and product ideas for potential development
  • Implementing and maintaining a prioritization logic for product ideas and feedback backlogs 
  • Contributing to and supporting Product Strategy Leadership in development of business cases for new product ideas and feature enhancements
  • Actively supporting Product Strategy Leaders in GTM activities, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution 
  • Assisting Head of Product Strategy with roadmap planning, and owning the development, maintenance and distribution of internal and external roadmaps 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, 5-7+ years of professional experience 
  • Proven experience in a product analyst, operations role; experience with backlog management preferred and understanding of Agile methodologies and principles is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Financial modeling skills, including ROI and business case approach  
  • Ability to work from New York City office 3 days per week; US remote candidates will also be considered


At Reorg, we consider a range of factors in connection with compensation decisions, including experience, skills, location, and our business needs and limitations. As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.

The salary range estimate for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. 

The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
