Position Overview:
This position is a Finance Director on the Customer Agreement Team (CAT). The position will provide deal support including modeling, strategy, and negotiation support for customers across FSOP in NAOU. The work includes new business, renewals, product expansion, value chain commercialization, strategic investments, and other commercially focused ad hoc work. The role does not have direct reports but will be a key resource for development and training opportunities across the team.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic, flexible team focused on the highest priority initiatives within the North America Operating Unit. The goal of the team is to renew and win new FSOP customers while driving growth, improving profitability, exploring innovation, improving efficiency, and providing ad hoc analysis/financial insights.
- The role will be largely project and client focused, leveraging SME skillsets from across Finance. Team will operate as a networked unit, flexing resources as needed to provide superior business partnership and commercial finance analysis to the North America Operating Unit
- Primary Work Includes Customer Support: Support FSOP Sales with deal negotiation & analysis, commercial analytics, pricing strategy, ad hoc requests, system implementation project strategy, testing, and training
- Given the nature of the position, your responsibilities could include other areas of focus such as innovation support, planning and performance management, capability building within Finance and Client Groups, and other ad hoc support as needed.
- Responsibility/ Ownership Levels: Develop Solutions for complex business needs; Make Recommendations to Client and OU leadership; financial support to drive business results aligned to LT growth strategy.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (prefer in accounting or finance)
Masters and/or CPA preferred but not required
Related Work Experience:
7+ years of financial solutions/strategies and influencing work experience required. Commercial finance experience preferred.

Pay Range:
$138,000 - $160,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
