We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Digital Products & Programs to join our digital team. This is a people leader role that reports to the AVP, Digital Product Management. This role supports the digital advisor experience for Manulife Wealth, which includes a portfolio of public and authenticated websites and leadership of an advisor-facing digital program. You will drive product and program strategy and lead your team to solve interesting problems with a focus on value, viability, usability, and feasibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product management, demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Position Responsibilities
- Own a digital portfolio of products and programs that support the advisor experience, with a focus on driving strong business outcomes and high-quality experiences
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of direct reports, providing mentorship, coaching, and career development
- Own the digital product and program roadmaps along with the strategic direction for the team
- Contribute to enterprise-level initiatives and digital transformation engagements
- Monitor and integrate advisor and stakeholder feedback through formal and informal feedback channels
- Own reporting and communications for the team, and ensure the right stakeholders are engaged across the product lifecycle
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts to support digital program objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role and a consistent track record of successful digital product delivery
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to define and drive long-term product and program vision and strategy, aligning digital initiatives with enterprise goals
- Skilled in prioritizing high-impact initiatives that balance customer value, business outcomes, and technical feasibility
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use sound judgment to assess risks and create data-informed proposals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Passion for creating digital experiences that delight customers
- Experience in wealth management is preferred
- Experience leading advisor-facing programs is a plus

Salary range is expected to be between

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
