Description:The Director of Customer Experience Strategy provides leadership for the assessment, planning and implementation of a comprehensive member-centric strategy to improve the experience of care across the care continuum. Responsible for integrating innovation, digital health solutions, data-driven insights, patient journey mapping, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the member experience at every touchpoint and improve loyalty to the system. Collaborates with senior leadership, patient experience leaders, clinical team, IT, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, and other departments to ensure an exceptional patient/member-centric experience in the delivery of our brand promise and alignment with Trinity Health strategies, goals and our culture framework.
