The Director of Client Services will identify, engage, and acquire strategic business relationships that will result in company growth in the Tri-State and Mid-Atlantic markets. They will maintain established business partnerships and ensure client satisfaction. This position will be performed remotely, with the incumbent working from the NY Tristate area or the greater Washington DC region. This role with high visibility is ideal for a driven, energetic, and organized individual. In this role, your primary responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the Senior Vice President, Client Services in conjunction with larger Client Services & Operations teams to reach Bozzuto Management’s growth goals with an emphasis on Bozzuto brand consistency and client alignment.
- Collaborating with Operations partners to achieve growth targets by region by winning new business and retaining management of properties set for disposition.
- Organizing and participating in client intake calls regarding new opportunities. Log and track opportunities in HubSpot CRM system.
- Developing proposals and presentations with assistance from the design team that strategically addresses the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Utilizing CoStar and other market tools to identify new business opportunities proactively.
- Spearheading the design and strategy for the Bozzuto approach to each opportunity to include property assessment, marketing and financial strategy in partnership with marketing, analyst, operations and retail teams.
- Attending industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Ensuring client satisfaction with proactive communication, strategic solutions, and appropriate entertainment outings and dinners.
- Participating in the client gifting and event engagement program to strategically create a high-touch experience.
- BA/BS Degree
- Five years of experience in a business development role within the multifamily housing industry, with a proven track record of identifying growth opportunities, cultivating client relationships, negotiating deals, and driving revenue across multifamily portfolios
- Strong relationship building, influencing, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
- Solid project management and time management skills needed to ensure deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously with a solution-oriented ability to drive progress toward goals when faced with new circumstances.
- Ability to perform quickly, accurately, and effectively with close attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as proofreading skills.
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience coordinating large scale business.
