Job Summary:  

As a Director of Client Sales, you will continue to shape and grow our well-established client vertical by cultivating client relationships and identifying new business specifically in the pharmaceutical sector.  You are stepping into a high growth, highly visible piece of our business and deepening our relationships with clients, and their ad strategy/media buying leaders. 

Our sales team works hard, plays hard, and delivers results. We have a unique culture that focuses on the team win as well as the individual. A strong support system is in place to help ensure we drive success and exceed client expectations. 

What You'll Do: 

  • This is a role that needs exceptional strategic selling skills, networking, client service, and a desire to hunt and grow new business. 
  • Become an expert in point of care and grow the existing book of business by nurturing current clients as well as identifying new opportunities to expand PatientPoint’s impact in this vertical. 
  • Leverage relationships both internally and externally to navigate the sales process and complex situations, knowing when to bring in senior support. 
  • Foster ongoing client relationships to maintain a strong renewal growth rate. 

What We Need: 

  • 5-10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare media sales, agency account management, or digital marketing 
  • Proven success in business development/revenue generation  
  • A relationship builder – brining existing agency and/or pharmaceutical brand contacts to the role 

 What You'll Need to Succeed: 

  • An outgoing, can-do personality and mentality 
  • Understanding of marketing plans and objectives of RX brands – how to position in the health vertical 
  • Driven Self-starter, motivated and independent worker desire and proven success in hunting for new business 
  • Strategic thinking, consulting, ad recommendations with clients to improve performance in programs and identify and cultivate new or expansion opportunities 
  • Ability to work in a team environment
