Position Overview:

We are seeking a Director of Client Engagement - an energetic, hands-on professional who will report directly to the CEO on an interim basis (and eventually to the Head of Client Success). In this pivotal role, you will spearhead all client engagement initiatives, managing and fostering relationships with TPO accounts and lender partners post-onboarding. Your mission is to drive advocacy, deepen product adoption, gather actionable feedback, handle escalations, and ensure the long-term success of our clients. By complementing our sales, support, and onboarding efforts, you will play a critical role in maximizing growth and reducing churn. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a client engagement strategy for TPOs and lenders that aligns with ARIVE’s vision, fostering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement in client relationships.
- Lead a small team of client engagement managers, ensuring they effectively build and maintain strong client relationships while driving key engagement initiatives.
- Oversee post-onboarding client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, and advocating for their needs.
- Develop strategies to drive client growth, generate references, reduce churn, and ensure sustained engagement.
- Drive product adoption and long-term client success through targeted engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms, including influence councils.
- Handle client escalations promptly, delivering solutions that reinforce trust, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Keep the CEO informed and engaged with key clients, ensuring executive alignment on strategies and priorities. Track and analyze client engagement metrics, providing actionable insights and regular updates to executive leadership.


Things We Look For:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years experience in client engagement, account executive, or related roles
- At least 5+ years in the mortgage industry with deep understanding of the overall loan origination process
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Must be active and savvy on social media (Linkedin, Facebook, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide value proposition for varying client needs.
- High level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company and nurturing customer relationships.
- Past experience in HubSpot CRM, Broker LOS, such as Calyx Point, LendingPad, Encompass, Lender TPO is a strong plus
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Ability to travel up to 20%+ (corporate office travel, industry-related conventions, client meetings, etc)
