- Lead negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with both DebtBook’s business objectives and partner goals. Successfully close new partnership deals and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Work closely with internal teams—including sales, marketing, and product— to ensure alignment between partnership efforts and broader business objectives.
- Establish clear KPIs to measure the success of partnership initiatives. Regularly report on performance, progress toward goals, and key wins or challenges to the CEO and executive team.
- Serve as the internal and external face of partnerships, representing DebtBook at industry events, partner meetings, and public forums to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility in the financial services industry.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving partnership models to continuously refine and improve the partnership strategy.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales leadership, with a focus on technology, accounting, and consulting firms in the financial services sector.

- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead initiatives, and influence key internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Highly competent, self-motivated, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to evolving business needs.
