  • Use analytics to track, report, and continuously improve campaign outcomes and ROI.

Digital, Web, and Content

  • Ensure website and related portals/microsites reflect strategy, are accurate, SEO optimized, and updated on a defined cadence.

  • Set creative direction; write and/or direct content for sales initiatives, social, and the SBB blog; maintain brand voice and standards.

Programs & Events

  • Lead broker engagement programs (e.g., tiered VIP frameworks) and producer events that deepen relationships and drive growth.

  • Design employer engagement series (virtual and in person) in partnership with Sales and Client Management.

Measurement and Data Analytics:

  • Help drive key measurement and goals, working closely with data analytics, tracking and reporting, as required, for all aspects of broker/employer/lead generation web/social media.
