Job Description:

AI Creative Strategist /director
(Creativity × Media × Data × Technology × Supply Chain)

About the Role

The AI Creative Strategist is a thought leader, futurist thinker, and practitioner who redefines what’s possible when human creativity is augmented by artificial intelligence. This role ensures that the marketing supply chains — creative and media — work together as one integrated growth engine. As a creative change agent, you will architect strategies that not only drive innovation but also embed lasting capability inside organizations, ensuring measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Futurist Thinking: Identify cultural, technological, and behavioral shifts to help clients stay ahead of disruption.
  • Human + AI Creativity: Design approaches where AI augments human ingenuity, unlocking new creative possibilities while accelerating production and personalization.
  • Supply Chain Integration: Connect media and creative supply chains into a seamless marketing ecosystem that reduces friction, accelerates delivery, and improves performance.
  • Technology Ecosystem Leadership: Have a clear understanding of the martech and adtech landscape (AI tools, CDPs, DAMs, DSPs, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) and how it enables creativity and media to thrive at scale.
  • Holistic Solutioning: Diagnose systemic client and organizational challenges, crafting end-to-end strategies that unite people, processes, platforms, and creative innovation.
  • Client Leadership: Partner with senior executives to translate transformation into measurable business value and competitive advantage.
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a public-facing voice for AI-driven creativity and integrated media, shaping industry conversations and positioning the organization as a future leader.
  • Execution to Outcomes: Generate breakthrough ideas and shepherd them through execution — ensuring strategies move from vision to impact.

Who You Are

  • systematic creative change agent who sees creativity, media, and data as an interconnected supply chain that fuels growth.
  • futurist with strong grounding in the realities of marketing operations, platforms, and client needs.
  • holistic thinker who thrives in solving complex challenges with end-to-end solutions.
  • trusted partner who influences and inspires both clients and internal teams.
  • builder and doer who thrives in both ideation and execution, ensuring strategies are delivered, not just imagined.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in creative strategy, media planning, marketing technology, or digital transformation roles.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing supply chains, with expertise in how creative and media pipelines integrate to drive efficiency and growth.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional transformation initiatives across creative, media, and technology.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing platforms (generative AI, automation, personalization engines) and creative software suites like Adobe Creative Cloud / Firefly.
  • Familiarity with enterprise martech/adtech stacks (CDPs, DAMs, DSPs, workflow orchestration platforms).
  • Strong communication and thought leadership presence, with the ability to influence senior executives and inspire.
  • Would report directly to the Head of Innovation and Performance Strategy.
