Digital Marketing Specialist

Lantern is seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing initiatives, executing and optimizing email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality campaigns on time while continuously seeking opportunities to automate processes and improve the efficiency of our digital operations.

This position is ideal for a motivated email marketer with a growing background in digital platform management, email development, and/or campaign management, eager to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry. While we are highly manual today, our digital marketing specialist will be instrumental in moving the needle from a highly manual position to a highly automated one over the next 12 months.

Location: Remote | USA | Travel Required

Responsibilities:

Majority (Approximately 70% of weekly responsibilities today)

  • Campaign Execution: Lead the manual execution of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with brand guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain rigorous QA processes to ensure the accuracy and functionality of all digital marketing assets before deployment.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and support business objectives.

 Minority (Approximately 30% of weekly responsibilities today)

  • Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline campaign workflows, reduce manual processes, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Platform Management: Serve as the administrator of the digital marketing platform, managing lists, segmentation, and ensuring data integrity for accurate targeting and reporting.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, bringing new ideas and strategies to the team to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in email and SMS campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including hands-on experience as an administrator or developer.
  • Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
