Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our digital presence, enhancing brand awareness, and generating leads through various online channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and improve lead generation.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Managing Website and other properties.
  • Optimising the Digital Assets with Content & Visuals.
  • Manage digital assets for achieving Conversions (CRO) and giving the best Customer Experience.
  • Project Manage different marketing programs and manage their Budgets and produce the desired CAC’s.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
