Dynamic Yield by Mastercard, is seeking a Digital Marketing Analytics Team Lead to oversee and drive the analytical strategy for our Client Success initiatives. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of analysts, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and optimizing project performance.
Overview
What You’ll Do
* Lead and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and professional development.
* Develop and oversee customer campaign performance reporting frameworks, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
* Drive in-depth, proactive analysis to continuously optimize program performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve client outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, providing data-backed recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
* Support and refine reporting on incremental revenue impact, helping clients quantify the value of Dynamic Yield’s solutions.
* Improve reporting processes and automation, ensuring efficiency and scalability of analytical operations.

* Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
* A forward-thinking, proactive approach—identifying opportunities for optimization and growth before they arise.
* Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to align data-driven strategies with business objectives.

Key Skills for Success as a Leader
* A B.Sc/BA in Statistics, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field, with a strong analytical foundation.
* 1-2 years of leadership experience, successfully managing and mentoring teams in marketing, analytics, or economics.
* Proven ability to interpret and leverage eCommerce performance data, translating insights into strategic business decisions.
* A visionary and collaborative leadership style, inspiring teams, fostering cross-functional alignment, and driving a culture of data-driven innovation.
* Business-fluent English proficiency, ensuring seamless communication across global teams and stakeholders.

Retirement Support — Company information highlights a 10% retirement match on U.S. roles, positioned as best‑in‑class and well above typical large‑employer benchmarks. This level of employer contribution materially strengthens long‑term savings.

Leave & Time Off Breadth — U.S. postings list 25 vacation days, 5 personal days, 10 company holidays, 80 hours of paid sick/safe time, and up to 20 days of bereavement. A minimum of 16 weeks paid new‑parent leave (including adoption and foster) further expands paid time away.
