The Role
As a Digital Data Analyst, you'll manage data tracking and analytics, develop KPIs, build reports, and collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to enhance decision-making through actionable insights.
Summary Generated by Built In

At Trezor, we invented the world’s first hardware wallet and created an entirely new industry. We set industry standards including Recovery seeds (BIP-39), Passphrases, and Shamir Backup (SLIP-39). We’re committed to transparency, with open-source software and hardware, and we’re dedicated to securing individual freedom and privacy. We’re self-funded and independent innovators, shaping the future on our own terms.

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Data Analyst to join our digital team and help us take our data and tracking to the next level. You’ll be the bridge between data, marketing, and e-commerce - ensuring our performance, affiliate, and CRO teams have the insights they need to make smart, data-driven decisions.

If you’re the type of person who enjoys turning complex marketing data into clear stories, digging into attribution models, and making sure every click and conversion is tracked correctly, you’ll love this role.

You’ll work closely with our paid media team, affiliate specialists, and CRO manager - and you’ll have the chance to shape how we collect, analyze, and use digital data across the company.

Do you want to help us make the world a better, safer place? Great - here’s what’s waiting for you:

👉 What you’ll do:
  • Take ownership of our digital data ecosystem - from tracking and analytics to reporting and KPIs - ensuring reliable and consistent measurement across all digital channels (paid, affiliate, e-commerce)

  • Define and maintain key metrics and KPIs, keeping our marketing and e-commerce data aligned and actionable

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for performance, attribution, and ROI analysis using GA4, BigQuery, Keboola, and other tools

  • Analyze marketing and e-commerce data to uncover trends and insights that help our paid media, affiliate, and CRO teams make smarter decisions

  • Maintain and improve our tracking setup across GA4, GTM, and CMP, ensuring accurate event measurement and data consistency

  • Audit and optimize GTM structure and troubleshoot tracking issues - in collaboration with developers and external agencies

  • Work closely with the paid media team on campaign tracking, attribution models, and channel performance analysis

  • Collaborate with CRO and e-commerce teams on A/B testing, UX experiments, and conversion insights, helping evaluate and interpret results

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the data setup, and take part in evaluating and introducing new tools or integrations that make tracking and reporting more efficient

  • Present findings to stakeholders and leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

‍💪 Who we're looking for:
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing data analysis, or a similar role

  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using GA4, GTM, and BigQuery (or SQL)

  • Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform 360 products - especially Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and Search Ads 360 (SA360) - or at least a working knowledge to understand Floodlight tagging and coordinate with partners like InfoTrust

  • Understanding of marketing attribution, paid media metrics, and web tracking fundamentals

  • Experience building dashboards and reports (e.g., in Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar)

  • A structured approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for data accuracy

  • Comfortable working with both marketing teams and technical partners (developers, agencies)

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and approaches

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Czech is a plus but not required)

✍️ Why you’ll enjoy this role:
  • You’ll have real ownership over the company’s digital data environment - and the space to shape it

  • You’ll work with a collaborative digital team that values experimentation and insight

  • You’ll see direct impact - your work will influence how we spend, optimize, and grow across all channels

  • You’ll get to experiment with modern tools (BigQuery, Keboola, GA4, Similarweb, Luigi’s Box)

🤝 What’s in it for you?
  • Unique opportunity to be a part of a brand that has revolutionized the crypto industry more than once

  • Work directly with the inventors of the hardware wallet

  • Option to get paid in bitcoin

  • Friendly working environment and unlimited home office

  • Budget for professional development (training, courses, and workshops of your choice)

  • Renovated offices with a gym, football table, billiards, PlayStation and a 3D printer

  • Perks like a MultiSport card, company mobile tariff, and free on-site parking

👋 Sounds good? We want to hear from you! Just submit your CV, a brief cover letter, and links to your work. We’ll get back to you shortly - usually within a week.
