Job Description:
The Digital Conversions Senior Executive – Social will execute paid social campaigns that drive conversions, engagement, and ROI. You’ll manage day-to-day optimizations while contributing insights that elevate performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily campaign execution and optimization across Meta and TikTok.
Analyze audience data to refine targeting and bidding strategies.
Test new formats, creatives, and ad types to maximize performance.
Collaborate with managers and analytics teams to deliver data-driven reports.
Track KPIs and ensure accurate reporting on performance and spend.
Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in paid social campaign management.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and tracking tools.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
Passion for performance marketing and emerging social platforms.
