We are seeking a highly qualified Digital Business Manager to lead and develop our online sales activities in the Nordic region. This position is part of our newly established Nordics office and represents a unique opportunity to build and manage the digital business function locally.Job description
The role operates independently, closely collaborates with direct manager and Digital Business teams at HQ in Bratislava, Slovakia as well as with local Sales and Marketing team and a strong network of online specialists supporting you from the HQ.
We are seeking to fill the position preferably in Göteborg, though we are also open to considering candidates based in Copenhagen
Role Overview
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the performance and development of the online sales channel across the Nordics. This includes both lead generation activities and revenue generated through our B2C and B2B e-Store platform. The role requires close collaboration with HQ teams in Global Digital Business and local Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of the digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Full ownership of online revenue performance within the Nordic region.
Planning, management, and optimization of the digital business budget, ensuring cost-efficient and impactful allocation.
Development and implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with global and regional business objectives.
Preparation and execution of short- and mid-term digital marketing plans, with direct accountability for achieving revenue targets.
Planning, managing, and evaluating multichannel digital campaigns, including PPC, display, social media, SEO, affiliate marketing, and email.
Oversight of manual and automated subscription/license renewal processes, ensuring alignment with other sales channels.
End-to-end management of the customer journey, including campaign design, web experience, and e-Store configuration.
Continuous coordination with local and HQ teams, ensuring consistent communication and brand alignment.
In cooperation with HQ digital specialists, the role also includes:
Management of the customer lifecycle, including automated communication flows.
Planning, execution, and analysis of online campaigns and email marketing activities targeting new and existing customers.
Monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of acquisition and retention KPIs, with recommendations for performance improvements.
Planning and evaluation of broader digital initiatives, such as content ecosystem development, SEO (on-page and off-page), website optimization, and ongoing enhancement of digital customer experience.
Required Qualifications and Experience
5+ years of professional experience in digital business or senior digital marketing roles (e.g., Digital Marketing Manager, Online Sales Manager).
Proven expertise in the design and execution of digital advertising campaigns (performance and brand) across key channels including social media, PPC, display, and video.
Experience in cybersecurity, IT, software, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of digital tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and comparable platforms.
Fluency in English and in either Swedish or Danish
High degree of self-management, independence, and flexibility, essential for an individual regional role.
