We are seeking a Development Operations Analyst to support the design, implementation, build, deployment, and configuration management of Epicor products. This role plays a key part in ensuring reliable, efficient, and scalable development operations across our environments.
What you will be doing:
Test implemented designs to ensure functionality and performance.
Manage and execute code deployments across all environments.
Monitor key metrics to maintain system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with peers to gather feedback during testing and deployment stages.
Build, maintain, and enforce configuration standards across environments.
Oversee daily management and administration of DevOps projects and tools.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and tools in collaboration with the development team.
Document and optimize processes, updating existing workflows as needed.
Enhance infrastructure and application development to improve scalability and efficiency.
Handle outages and system issues, applying strong troubleshooting skills and cross-team collaboration when needed.
What you will likely bring:
3+ years of relevant experience with proven success in development operations or related fields.
Familiarity with multiple operating systems and cloud platforms such as AWS, Oracle, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Experience with VMware and on-premises infrastructure.
Strong systems background — developers are welcome if they are comfortable working in system operations.
Ability to maintain accurate work and project documentation.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
