The Leidos Public Health and Human Services Operation team is seeking a Development and Operations (DevOps)/Technical Lead, contingent upon contract award.
Candidate MUST:
Be a US Citizen or Green Card holder with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
AND be located in the UNITED STATES for the current three consecutive years
Role will be primarily telecommute with the ability to travel for meetings once per quarter
Responsibility: The Tech Lead should lead DevOps activities for systems migration projects and be responsible for stable environments' automation and configuration management.
- AWS infrastructure management, automated configuration management, containerization, and infrastructure as code, security scans, test automation, CI/CD pipeline, continuous delivery, and production deployments.
- Manage cloud infrastructure management tasks and work closely with the DevOps, Security, and other technical teams.
- Systems operations, DevSecOps tools, and Open-Source tools and technologies required to support the system.
- Continual advancement in technology using collaborative and creative agile environments. The latest technologies and industry best practices are required to develop efficient ways of delivering solutions that meet business objectives.
- Should perform and automate administration activities, lead, and collaborate with the development team on continual process improvement.
- Effectively conduct investigations and analyses to provide recommendations regarding technology improvements and development best practices.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent with related experience and SAFe Agile Certification are required as well as a minimum of 8+ years:
Experience: Knowledge and experience in the technology tool stack of APIGW and supporting large-scale systems applications.
