The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Developer Team Lead (Frontend) to join our innovative team at ComeOn Group. In this pivotal role, you will lead the frontend development team, driving the technical vision and delivering high-quality web applications that enhance the iGaming experience for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that user experience is optimized while adhering to best practices in code quality, architecture, and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and grow a team of frontend developers while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Design and architect robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Oversee code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality code.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the team's skills and output.
- Support the team in problem-solving and troubleshooting technical challenges.
Requirements
About you:
- Strong experience in frontend development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, mentoring and guiding a team of developers.
- Excellent understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
