Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join our team focused on delivering end-to-end automation and self-service tools that enhance application deployment quality and development lifecycle efficiency. This role involves building and maintaining custom Angular applications, extending third-party tools like Jenkins, and driving DevOps reporting and CI/CD innovation.The ideal candidate will bring strong Angular development experience, a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
Job Description
This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.
Please note: This role is NOT eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom Angular applications
Upgrade existing Angular applications to modern framework versions
Extend and customize third-party tools (e.g., Jenkins) for enhanced functionality
Design and implement automation solutions focused on DevOps reporting
Build scalable CI/CD processes and deployment solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
Provide support for version control and build systems
Integrate cloud technologies for automated continuous delivery
Participate in on-call rotation (every 7 weeks, minimal after-hours support)
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in front-end development
Strong hands-on experience with Angular framework
Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
Proficiency in DevOps automation tools and practices
Advanced knowledge of Git workflows and branching strategies
Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure automation
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Java development experience
Experience upgrading Angular versions and implementing migration strategies
Jenkins customization and extension experience
Familiarity with Docker containerization
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Background in financial services or enterprise environments
Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices
Education
