What You'll Do- Lead and grow a new engineering team - hire, mentor, and support engineers as the team scales
- Drive development of a new product that doesn’t yet exist - from idea to launch
- Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to set priorities and architecture
- Split your time between hands-on development and team mentoring
- Foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous learning
- Help shape processes, standards, and best practices as the team evolves
- You’re an engineer with a strong technical experience and natural leadership skills
- Youv’e led major cross teams projects
- You’re ready to step into a leadership role
- You communicate clearly and care about helping others grow
- You enjoy solving hard problems and building things from scratch
- You’re curious, proactive, and excited to shape both product and team culture
- Deep understanding of Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
