POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing team is a key part of driving business at Cordial—developing the brand, supporting the acquisition and retention of customers, building relationships with industry experts, analysts and media, and establishing thought leadership in the market. We’re seeking a Visual Designer, as part of our Brand Marketing team, to support these efforts by focusing on the creation of engaging, innovative, and on-brand experiences for a variety of go-to-market programs including sales and marketing collateral, website assets, webinars and virtual events, trade shows, social media, advertising, and inbound marketing programs. This position reports to the Manager, Brand Marketing.

The Visual Designer will partner with the cross-functional teams designing creative and thoughtful work that sparks engagement and communicates our product message and positioning. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has a deep understanding of visual design standards, is highly creative, meticulous, resourceful, and able to evolve and work within a brand identity system.

YOU WILL
  • Create visually engaging on-brand design experiences including but not limited to: 
    • Ads, collateral, decks, iconography, and landing pages in collaboration with the product marketing and growth marketing teams
    • Resource imagery, graphics, ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, banners, and social media assets in collaboration with the corporate marketing team
    • Unique virtual and in-person experiences in collaboration with the event marketing team, such as booth designs, signage, graphic installations, and digital assets
  • Assist in the organization, management, and maintenance of digital assets, creating and updating templates, decks, and collateral for company-wide use
  • Maintain version control throughout the design process, and prepare final production-ready files for both print and digital
  • Champion our brand identity, working with the Manager of Brand Marketing to define visual languages and design systems, ensuring design consistency across all deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with visual design technologies and industry trends to continuously evolve our visual brand
ABOUT YOU
  • 5+ years of design experience, at an agency or SaaS company 
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field—or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in designing for a variety of mediums, as demonstrated through a thoughtfully curated digital portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop), and Figma
  • Ability to work iteratively, synthesizing feedback from stakeholders to produce aesthetically pleasing and dynamic marketing solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present work and elaborate on design decisions, comfortable receiving feedback while pushing forward to final delivery
  • Skilled in balancing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously as the sole designer on projects
  • Strong attention to detail with pride taken in delivering pixel perfect designs
  • Experience with animation, motion graphics, photo editing, or video is a plus
