Day to Day:

• Craft visual designs and experiences for all Pango's brand
• Manage brand and style standards across multiple company websites.
• Partner with stakeholders in the customer acquisition team and lead conversion landing page tests, from start to finish. Outline the test hypothesis, designing the pages, using direct-to-consumer best practices, analyze the results, and implement changes
• Design new website and re-builds of existing websites
• Create email design templates and work stakeholders in the customer lifecycle management team to test them and improve them
• Assist in various customer acquisition campaigns by designing paid mobile ads, social media ads, and digital branding collateral material

What You Bring to the Table:

• Minimum of 5 years experience at a creative studio, agency or in-house
• Proven experience designing in a variety of digital experiences, including conversion landing pages, web content pages, emails, paid mobile and social media ads, etc.
• Solid understanding of website UX and best practices
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Experience with digital experience platforms such as VWO.com
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and front-end development frameworks
• Video/Animation Experience - a plus
