What You'll Do
The graphic designer will work with the Marketing team to produce compelling visual assets, product images, and web designs to visually communicate the value Socio offers. This position will play a critical role in visually communicating Socio's brand, inspiring potential buyers and differentiating the company as a leader with vision. You will support our content and digital marketing functions to produce consistently on brand designs, on time.
You will get to:

• Visually tell the story of Socio's product through thoughtfully designed product images and other visual video and multimedia assets, to be used on the marketing website and across other marketing assets.
• Design marketing and sales materials such as: collateral, presentations, emails templates, ebooks/guides, infographics, ads, gifs, videos, animations, and banners.
• Design new web page layouts as needed, working with Socio's Marketing Developer to deliver web projects on time.
• Ensure image consistency and quality across marketing assets by managing Socio's image library.
• Craft and build landing pages that follow UX/UI and conversion methodologies.
• Support blogs, display and social media channels with graphic materials.
• QA final designs for errors and ensure that final versions reflect specifications.
• Manage internal corporate design requests.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

• 3+ years of design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with key design and video editing software (for example, Adobe, Canva, Figma)
• Ability to quickly iterate, get feedback, and produce high quality work
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while exploring powerful and creative approaches
• Insanely high attention to detail, but still able to work quickly and confidently.
• Passion about expanding your skills across different types of design mediums and projects.
• A comprehensive thinking to design so it performs well across all channels.
• A strong action bias combined with a growth mindset.
• Ability to take feedback well and effectively integrate it.
