Summary
mPulse Mobile is looking for a Full-Time User Experience Designer to support the design and development of our responsive mobile web projects. As part of our suite of health engagement products, these mobile web experiences will use our existing design system, but often be branded according to our clients styleguides. As a UX Designer you ll be responsible for creating sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. You will also design the UI for the mobile web project and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Analyst, internal stakeholders, developers and clients to define and implement innovative solutions to complex and technical problems

• Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and high fidelity user interfaces that are optimized for a wide range of devices
• Make use of the mPulse Mobile Design System for your projects
• Work strategically with the Product Implementations team, and be a guide for clients to build the best user experience for their users
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs

• Take smart risks and champion new ideas
• Promote and ensure design guidelines, best practices and standards are followed across the platform
• Collaborate with our Lead UX Designer and Creative Director
• Advocate for the end user

Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• Experience in UI Design to create functional and beautiful visual and graphic elements that best serve the user interface

• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, design systems, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
• Experience in, or knowledge of Agile methodology
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
  Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.

• Experience in UX software such as Sketch and InVision is a must. Experience and/or knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and SaSS are a plus

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Art, Design, Computer Graphics, Graphic Design, Digital Media or another related field
• 2 years of UX design experience
• Experience with Sketch and Invision
• Portfolio with User Experience and User Interface designs for enterprise software products, responsive websites and mobile applications

• Must be located in the US Territory
• Must be willing to work regular business hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.

Experience with Sketch OR Adobe XD
