Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user
• Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps
• Provide guidance on the implementation of UX/UI research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior
• Understand user audience and workflow to predict best user experience
• Improve the look and feel of web and mobile interfaces in support of brand and standardized UI components
• Create overall concepts for the user experience within a web page or mobile experience, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for target audience
• Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a web site or mobile app from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX/UI design
• Proficient with Adobe Creative suite
• Experience creating storyboards and site mapping
• Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages
• Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology
• Advanced problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ADOBE Experience Manager
• Experience with User-centered design (UCD)
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate ideas to developers

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
