As we build and scale our company, we are looking for an UX Researcher who will:

• Plan, design and conduct a wide range of research methods, including usability testing, in-depth interviews, surveys and data analysis
• Work with Stakeholders, Designers, Product Managers and Engineers to prioritize research opportunities and scope in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
• Drive change by recommending research findings with actionable insights to product and leadership teams, through written reports, in-person presentations, and hands-on collaboration
• Take part in our products’ UX writing process
• Implement a user-centered approach of guidance, education, and hand-holding within our product flows

Requirements:

• Professional experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• B2C or B2B2C experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate with a wide set of stakeholders including designers, product managers, and software developers
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas to their essence
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced work environment
