Job Description We are looking for a Product Designer who will be responsible for driving the experiences for enterprise products at JPMorgan Chase & Co. You will be part of the Employee Experience UX team, delivering creative solutions for complex problems and improving existing flows. You will be part of a growing team, collaborating with other designers and researchers to come up with new experiences and enhancements. Ultimately, you will experience driving the design process from understanding user needs to the final deliverable.

Design decisions are made collaboratively, and we empower our designers to tackle any piece of work and think outside the box. We deliver designs that are grounded on user experience and research, WCAG conformance.
For this role, we want someone who has experience working collaboratively with a product team and has a strong sense of aesthetics and knows when to sweat the details. The successful candidate will sit within our central User Experience team in Columbus, Chicago, Texas, or New York.
What you'll be doing:

  • Creating and enhancing digital products by following the user-centered design process.
  • Design UI, user flows, low and high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver high-quality and inclusive, accessibility-compliant features and products.
  • Leverage research to drive business decisions and define new features.
  • Communicate and present complex design solutions or decisions.


What you'll need

  • A bachelor's degree in human interaction, user experience, visual communication, or other related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Strong design portfolio
  • Figma
  • Experience building and using design systems
  • Track record in leading UX to deliver user-centered products, facilitation skills to conduct collaborative working sessions, presentation, and visual communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker and tactical execution, ability to influence decision and direction of a product.
  • Experience with designing complex, content-heavy digital products.
  • Can take initiative and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
