Job Description

• Creating original online content / user interfaces that attracts a wide range of audiences using best practices and current trends, following existing or developing new templates.
• Communicating with different teams due to the development of digital graphics solutions for complex problems.
• Using various tools and methods to develop design decisions.
• Planning, preparation, and production of materials for presenting the company on the Internet in accordance with the company's strategy
• Conduct testing of sample design applications to assess user experience and ease of design
• Create surveys and perform interviews to gather feedback on user's ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on company website.
• Analyze customer responses and website data to examine high traffic web pages and determine why certain webpages perform better
• Ability to research, map and analyze user journeys

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design
• Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
