Job Description Summary

Works in collaboration with UX colleagues. As an entry level role, the UX analyst partners with and learns from a collaborative, cross-functional team to help research, design and usability test digital experiences. This is an entry level role.
This positiion may be based 100% remotely or in one of our offices.Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Help advocate for user-centered design approaches and helps ensure adherence to UX guidelines at the project level.
  • Work as an integrated team with Product, Technology and Business partners to define and solve problems.
  • Practice collaboration, experimentation, agility and vigorous inquiry, while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
  • Help implement and provides feedback in UX best practices and objectives.
  • Serve as observer for UX research and testing efforts. Learns to conduct competitive research, analyze information, and translate research findings into design solutions.
  • Assist in creating artifacts that include personas, journey maps, user workflows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, within project timelines and budgets.
  • Use your innate curiosity to challenge assumptions and uncover new insights
  • Always be learning, be flexible and deliver amazing quality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.



Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or User Experience Design courses/training preferred.
  • Prior User Experience work or internship experience preferred.



Job Specific Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity or basic understanding of web-based technologies.
  • Basic understanding of wireframing / prototyping software principals preferred.
  • Experience with Sketch, Figma and Mural.



Environmental / Work Schedules / Other

  • Travel Requirements: Travel Occasionally
