Job Description Summary
Works in collaboration with UX colleagues. As an entry level role, the UX analyst partners with and learns from a collaborative, cross-functional team to help research, design and usability test digital experiences. This is an entry level role.
This positiion may be based 100% remotely or in one of our offices.Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Help advocate for user-centered design approaches and helps ensure adherence to UX guidelines at the project level.
- Work as an integrated team with Product, Technology and Business partners to define and solve problems.
- Practice collaboration, experimentation, agility and vigorous inquiry, while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
- Help implement and provides feedback in UX best practices and objectives.
- Serve as observer for UX research and testing efforts. Learns to conduct competitive research, analyze information, and translate research findings into design solutions.
- Assist in creating artifacts that include personas, journey maps, user workflows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, within project timelines and budgets.
- Use your innate curiosity to challenge assumptions and uncover new insights
- Always be learning, be flexible and deliver amazing quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or User Experience Design courses/training preferred.
- Prior User Experience work or internship experience preferred.
Job Specific Technical Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, organization, time management and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity or basic understanding of web-based technologies.
- Basic understanding of wireframing / prototyping software principals preferred.
- Experience with Sketch, Figma and Mural.

- Travel Requirements: Travel Occasionally
