Job Description
Role:
We are looking for a UX Designer who has a passion for creating incredible experiences, with an eye for detail and a blend of creative and UX skills. In this role, you will design simple, user-centric experiences that drive sustainable growth and engagement of ServiceNow user base. You will be the be part of the growth and acquisition team, contributing to our growth strategy in close partnership with PMs, engineers, data analysts, and UX researchers. This growth team is responsible for accelerating the customer journey with a cohesive end-to-end experience, propelling ServiceNow into its next phase of growth. Your team will develop a comprehensive strategy for growing our customer base to optimize how customers enter and move through our funnel. You'll experiment with, merchandise products for, and ultimately scale successful growth loops for these customers.
What you'll do:
- Develop and deliver work from initial concepts and wireframes to pixel-perfect designs
- Play a key role in creative brainstorming on a wide range of digital experiences
- Partner with our internal team and stakeholders to support launches, new initiatives, and ongoing site enhancements
- Champion mobile-first, consumer-centered design across all platforms
- Design for global audiences, considering localization and translation
- Inspire and push the team to continually raise the bar and deliver world-class experiences
- Sell your vision and creative solutions by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally while being able to precisely articulate design rationale
- Contribute and help develop a best-in-class design system for ServiceNow.com
- Partner with the research team to develop an understanding of the customer and validate design choices before and after development
- Create interactive prototypes and micro animations that communicate and delight
- Partner with developers to deliver experiences with a seamless fit and finish
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 3+ years of experience designing for large and notable websites
- Fluent in digital design & marketing, preferable with a background in marketing/comms
- Hybrid skillset in both visual design and UX
- Ability to design across multiple devices from mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Ability in design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, XD, Illustrator, Principle, Invision, etc.)
- Experience in sharing ideas and presenting solutions to senior management
- Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative design process
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating clean, inspired work
- Ability to work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and take initiative to solve problem
