Cision is looking for a creative minded UX Designer to join our team and deliver exceptional experiences to prospects and customers. This is an opportunity to design, build and improve user experiences for a leader in PR, marketing and social media management technology and intelligence. You will partner with stakeholders to discover, design, test and deliver great demand generation experiences for our customers. You will also help streamline and improve internal processes to facilitate rapid online prototyping and delivery for broad set of global web sites. 

This is a key role requiring strong collaboration skills, creativity and domain expertise to make a significant impact in a growing company.

This role will report to the Director of Web Strategy and Optimization.

Responsibilites:

• Lead UX design activities including the delivery mockup-ups, wireframes and interactive prototypes that communicate the design vision and user journey for a variety of experiences.
• Enhance and evolve brand standards through ongoing A/B testing and development.
• Manage and maintain existing web assets with an eye toward constant improvement.
• Present design vision and recommendations to a variety of stakeholder and leaders.
• Partner with outside vendors and internal resources to facilitate and build extensible web solutions.
• Articulate vision for UX improvement and potential impact on demand generation. Validate through testing and deployment.
• Utilize wire-framing and prototyping tools such as Figma, AEM and Adobe Creative Cloud with ease. Leverages efficiency of tools to ensure work can be produced at scale and has life beyond the due date.

Requirements:

• 4 year degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, UX Design or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in web design and UX design and improvement in both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Strong portfolio or demonstrable evidence of great creative web work.
• Deep understanding of HTML. Javascript experience a plus.
• Ideal candidate has experience with AEM.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with wire-framing and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Deep attention to detail and organization as it pertains to web site coding and organization
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO Technology
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with partners across Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations and IT 
• Desire to be in a performance- driven environment where agility and innovation are valued and rewarded
