This role is open to being worked on a hybrid schedule in Atlanta, GA and Wichita, KS. We are also open to candidates working fully remote from areas in driving distance to Wichita for occasional meetings (i.e. Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Kansas City, Dallas, etc.)

Koch Communications Marketing is looking for a UX Designer to join our team as a collaborative member of our digital design and development team. Working with the User Experience Team, this person will be responsible for creating wireframes and UI designs that help to solve customer needs, participating in user feedback sessions and customer interviews and assisting in the creation and maintenance of design systems and standards. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with internal stakeholders across the Koch enterprise. You'll be able to learn about multiple industries to solve multiple customer needs while working in a variety of categories.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Be a collaborative member of a fast-paced digital design and development team
  • Create wireframes and UI mockups using industry standard tools
  • Participate in user research and customer interviews
  • Assist in creating and maintaining design systems and standards

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

  • Portfolio of design solutions that demonstrate a focus on solving customer needs
  • Experience designing digital products such as responsive websites, desktop and mobile applications
  • Experience with a variety of UX Design functions such as research, usability testing, wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoffs.
  • Knowledge of industry standard design tools, such as (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Invision)
  • Willingness to experiment with a variety of solutions to solve a problem.
  • 1+ years of professional UI/UX experience

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Degree, training in graphic design or a related field
  • Experience creating digital products using no-code and low-code builders such as Sharepoint and Instapage
