Job Description We're looking for a mid-level Product designer who will help drive experiences for enterprise products at JPMorgan Chase & Co. You'll be part of the Data Platforms Design team, under Employee Experience, delivering creative solutions for complex UX problems and improving existing flows. You'll have extensive experience with Figma and an understanding of each stage of the design process from research to final deliverables. You'll work closely with designers, researchers, and developers to create new experiences, products, and design system components. Ultimately, you'll have a thorough understanding of how to balance user needs with business requirements and limitations.

- Deliver end-to-end product experiences with a focus on user flows, site maps, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Direct communication to build relationships with product teams and stakeholders, presenting creative ideas and solutions
- Foster a collaborative design process with product owners, designers, researchers, and developers
- Drive design direction that aligns with research on user needs that inform the best design solutions
- Contributing to our design system and component library
What you'll need
- A Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, or other related fields or equivalent experience in UX.
- 3+ years of experience
- Openness and desire to learn and develop with a problem solving-mindset
- Strong skills in Figma
- Experience working with a design system
- Facilitation and visual communication skills to conduct collaborative working sessions and presentations
