Job Description
Dynatrace is looking for a UX Designer to join our growing digital marketing team. Reporting to the Manager of User Experience, you will team up with a group of ambitious, collaborative designers and developers to create best-in-class experiences for our Digital Marketing properties.
The UX Designer will work with stakeholders and developers to identify and solve UX problems and create interfaces that are clean, intuitive, and exceptionally easy to use. You will be executing multiple design projects in a structured development pipeline, and utilizing a variety of architecture, UX design, and UX research skills to best meet the varying needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for solving various challenges considering the holistic user experience related to a specific project that supports our marketing priorities
- Identify and prioritize user goals to break down tasks into deliverables, provide clear next steps and work closely with the content for the full project lifecycle
- Solve problems and translate solutions into clear and delightful experiences that are frictionless, accessible, and global first
- Define and create journeys, wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and interactive prototypes through collaboration with designers, writers, and developers
- Become a contributor to the Design system identifying, documenting the appropriate components and interactions with general knowledge of usability & accessibility
- Collaborate in research and design thinking methods, including generative research and participatory design
- Continually build bridges to firm up fruitful collaborations with leadership across the marketing groups
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working on UX Design projects
- A portfolio with projects you delivered with demonstrated impact
- Strong proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, etc.
- A passion for delivering excellent creative solutions that are aligned to marketing strategy
- Experience collaborating with Marketing, Design, and Development groups
- Vibrant and engaging storyteller with effective communication and presentation abilities to all levels of the company
- Are comfortable articulating design decisions and asking tough questions to help surface and challenge assumptions
