UI/UX Designers are responsible for creating, developing, and documenting key product features related to aesthetics and user experience of both mobile and embedded user interfaces. The position will work with project managers, industrial designers, design engineers, and other stakeholders to develop new products and update existing products. This roll will ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimized for improved usability and visual design while maintaining visual brand language.

• Innovate and push forward new concepts, end user solutions, and product platforms
• Manage aesthetic consistency across multiple product types
• Produce high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic design, flow diagrams, and prototype interfaces for use by developers and internal teams
• Maintain design documentation and asset library
• Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design
• Work with cross-functional project teams
• Provide guidance on UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior
• Conduct peer review, user feedback, and focus group sessions to validate design choices
