Responsible for leading the competitive response through strategic planning, product development, marketing strategy, and communication. Identifies opportunities to optimize existing, and implements, new products and services. Conducts competitive analyses in support of projects. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers reports recommending actionable insights in support of business decisions.
- Implements standard competitive data collection processes.
- Compiles and maintains a database of competitive intelligence data. Tracks alerts and deliverables to keep the business well informed on competitive activities.
- Collects, interprets, and synthesizes industry-competitive and market-trend data. Identifies themes and trends to support the development of actionable insights and recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Insights Project Manager, or related field
